What is Online Banking?
Online Banking is a real-time online system that allows our customers a secure and convenient way to access their Superior Bank accounts via the Internet.

Who can have Online Banking?
Any existing Superior customer can establish an Online Banking account. To learn more about how to sign up, click the Internet Banking link at the top of this page.

What does the downloading feature do?
The download option allows you to download your account activity to your personal finance software such as Microsoft Money or Intuit QuickBooks. You can even download your account activity into a spreadsheet or text document.

What is Bill Pay?
Bill Pay is a part of the online banking system that allows you to send electronic or check payments to businesses or individuals. Payments can even be scheduled to re-occur on a regular basis.

How do I sign up for Online Bill Pay?
First, you must be enrolled in Online Banking. You can then sign yourself up for Online Bill Pay using the Online Banking website. To sign up for Online Banking, use the Online Banking application.

What are E-Statements?
E-statements are an electronic version of your paper statement. You can access your electronic statement via Online Banking. E-statements provide a faster and more convenient way to view your monthly statements and images of your checks online than waiting for the mail to arrive.

How do E-Statements work?
Each month, you will be able to view your latest statements via your free Online Banking account. Simply log in with your User ID and Password and select “Statements” from the dropdown menu on the Account Listing page. Best of all, you can print a copy of your statement or save it to your computer for future reference.

How do I sign up for E-Statements?
If you are not already an Online Banking user, simply go to the Quick Links section on the home page and click on the “E-Statements Sign-up” link. You will be directed to an E-statements information page. You will then click on the Online Banking registration form link and be directed to the Online Banking Enrollment form. Once you have completed the required fields, click “Submit” and then the "I AGREE" button after you have read the disclosure.
